My receptionist, Gayle Rockett, is in on Mondays from 11 am. To noon, and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 11 a.m to 4 p.m, with Thursdays off. To make or change an appointment or inquire about my practice, please call then or leave a message at any time about when you’ll be available, we we’ll call you back. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to help us fill the slot, or we’ll have to charge you for it. If unforeseeable emergencies arise after that, please notify us immediately.
I see patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m to noon, and from 3 to 6 p.m. For medical questions, Please use my call-in time if possible, from 2:30 to 3 p.m. on these days. If you’re not free then, leave a message and I’ll call you back when I can.
For acute medical problems after hours or on weekends, established patients may page me from a touch-tone phone by calling (617) 339-4737, and touching in your area code and number after the three beeps. In an emergency, add 99, which alert me to call you back ASAP, generally within an hour or two. Try again if I don’t call back within a reasonable time. Please do not page me during office hours, or for regular follow-ups, appointments, inquiries, or business matters. If I’m away, the answering machine will say who is covering for me.
Thanks for your co-operation,
